- We strive to ship most orders within two weeks. Due to the custom nature of some items it might take a longer. Most items have an expected lead time shown.
- Items that do not have customization, engraving, or leather patches will ship faster!!
- Your order will ship either by USPS or UPS
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping/visiting Little River Customs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Custom items are not returnable and no refund will be issued. This Includes but not limited to the Custom Fire Department Hat, and Fire Shield Hat, as well as any item requiring input from you.
- Every effort to satisfy your order will be made during the creation of your items. This includes but not limited to: digital proofs of the custom item, and email conversations. During this time is when any and all changes need to be made.
- You have 10 calendar days to return an items from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your items must be in the original packaging.
- Your items needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A restocking fee will apply for all hats returned.
- Once we have received your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your items.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
