Here is a list of some of our frequently asked questions.

 

  • Will I get a proof for my order?
    • Orders for custom designs, the Leather Fire Shield, Leather Maltese, and Leather Passport designs do get a proof sent to your email. 

 

  • How are you patches painted?
    • We use some pretty small paint brushes and paints that are made specifically for leather. 

 

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • This one has a few variables. For the most part the lead time is listed on each product page. The biggest factor that will cause this to take longer is us waiting on the approval of the proof. We try to get the proofs out as fast as possible after you order.  

 

  • Will I get a tracking number for my order 
    • Yes all order get an email when shipped with a tracking number

 

  • Do you ship international?
    • We do. However due to higher shipping cost the shipping is not free, and you will need to contact us to order.

 

  • Do you offer a warranty on the leather patches?
    • This is dealt with on a case by case basis. Contact us with any issues.

 

  • Do you offer wholesale and bulk pricing?
    • YES! Wholesale is where we got our start. Bulk pricing is listed on most product pages. You are also welcome to contact us with any questions. 

 

  • Do you offer any other hats not listed on the website?
    • Yes and No. We are a Richardson hat dealer and can get anything that Richardson makes. Often we are limited by what is in stock with Richardson.

 

  • What if I want a different shape for the patch that is not shown on the website? 
    • Shoot us an email with a description of what you are wanting. We will see what we can come up with.
